Our Coaches

Warren Gale brings 18 years of College, High School and AAU coaching experience.  After spending 5 years as an assistant at Miramar High, Gale took over the McArthur High School basketball program in 2012 and proceeded to win seven District Championships, as well as the first in the history of the school, in his first season.  During this time, he has also coached the team to five Regional Final finishes as well as a Regional Championship and a State Final Four appearance in the largest classification (8A) in 2015.  He brings a wealth of basketball knowledge collected over a span of two decades.  After starring at Miramar High and playing collegiately at Florida International University Coach Gale began his coaching career in 2008 as an assistant coach at Miramar HS helping to lead the team to 5 straight District Class 6A Championships and a berth in the State Semifinals in 2011, which was the first in the history of the school.  In his time with basketball, Coach Gale helped AAU programs such as South Florida Elite, The Florida Rams, Florida Flash Elite and Team Knight.  In his capacity as Coach, Gale has helped place several student athletes in colleges and universities across the country. After a two year stint as an assistant coach at the University of Fort Lauderdale in which he helped the Eagles win a conference championship, finish in the Final Four and finish 3rd in the country, Coach Gale returned to the Mustang in April 2024.
